| Ever since i updated my video driver for my geforce 5600 ultra all video playback has been very bright. This includes my windows media player, pinnacle video editing program, etc. Anybody have any ideas on how to readjust this? Thanks. |

| Could be. I think installing the new driver reset the gamma. What i did was set the "color correction" mode to "advanced mode" in the display properties. Didnt adjust the gamma correction. |

If you go into your video card's advanced properties menu which is usualyl a desktop item, in your tesk bar or your start menu, you'll find settings for color, gamma, contrast, etc. They'll walk you through fine tuning the settings. Also make sure you have the latest video drivers and DriectX install. That way you're working with the latest and greatest. |
