My neighbors came over for dinner last night as it was my 45th Birthday. They gave me one of 15 bottles his grandfather gave him. Does anyone know what this is worth ? Dont' ask me to go to ebay as it like a "on-line Pawn Shop" to me......low ball everyone. He told me I'm getting the remainder of them when they move to Hawaii which is in the works....
Appreciate any comments ! Yes it full of liquor as we had a few shot last night. Smooth as can be. It is 100 months aged and bottled in 1970, so about 43 years old....    :2: :2: :2:
Shot of the front of the bottle. Sorry for not the best clarity..... |

| His wife just gave me her mothers 1972 Technique organ that she bought brand new in 1972. She died two years ago at 76 years old. She knew that I came from a family of music as my mother has a her masters in music. I just set it all up. This organ is "like new"......Comments are welcomed ! Man I got some brusing up to do as this things jams !   :2: |

What is the brand of the liquor?
Jim Beam used to make specialty bottles.
You would never believe the number of decanters they made over the years. On E-Bay there are pages and pages of these for sale. Most of them range from $5 to $10. Occasionally you will see one that is more.
It will take you awhile sifting through all of the pages but if yours is the Jim Beam brand I am sure you will find it there.

I just looked again on E-Bay.
It is a Jim Beam Bottle. The one I saw was empty. The start bid on it was $9.99 with no takers so far.
