Pardon my newbie ignorance but my new (to me...see General forum for my initial post about my MDX) 02 Touring Navi MDX shows as DVD Navigation system. Does this mean that I can play DVDs on the NAV screen? Im lost as to what my real options are with this great automobile! What can I really do to take advantage?
Thanks!

DVD navigation simply means the NAV system is DVD based instead of CD. It does not mean that you can play DVD on the navigation system. There are ways to convert the NAV screen to display external source but it's pretty much useless unless it's a backup camera.

-No.

"..02 Touring Navi MDX shows as DVD Navigation system."

-This means all the data (maps, Point Of Interests etc) is stored on one DVD. The DVD itself is under the passenger seat, and the information displays on the touchscreen.
