| Placed an order for all-season floor mats on acuraparts.net for my CL-S. Final price was $20.31. Acuraparts outsourced it to Acura of Bellevue, WA, but neither one informed me of such. Price charged to my cc was $46.68. Contacted Acura of Bellevue and was told by Shawn Finger (that’s his real name) that one of their people, Johnny Woo, had called to inform me that the lower price was an error and that I gave the OK to go forward with the order. That’s complete BS and an outright lie. Immediately after receiving the floor mats, I returned them. I thought I’d pass on this information to you all. :3: |

acuraparts.net and Acura of Bellevue are one in the same. Acura of Bellevue owns the domain acuraparts.net

if I had a written order, I'd have kept them and contested the bill with the credit card co,
This business of "verbal authorization of increased charges" is BS. It is total 'sleazy car dealership'...
On work orders I note that "no verbal authorizations - fax only" in the little section that allows them to change the amount after calling |

Wow.
I bought my latest car from Acura of Bellevue and have it serviced there too. I've never had a problem with them and I'm very pleased with their service, but that's a sleazy move on their part. I'd contact Acura corporate or at least threaten to do so if they don't appease you. |
