| I just purchased a 2002 Acura MDX with a Bose radio system. The AM and FM reception is awful. Does anyone have any suggesions on improving the reception? |

| I have a 2002 and live in Southern CT and have no radio reception problems. If you bought it from a dealer, check with them to see if there is a loose antenna connection. |

I thought the reception in my 03 sucked too, until I realized that the FM modulator installed by the PO for a Sirius radio might be the problem. Took it out and I can actually get AM stations and the weak FM stations come in great now!
Might check to see if one is installed in-line on your antenna wire...should not be if your car is totally stock, but you never know. |
