If it does it regularly, like a pattern, it's probably related to the pump. Either a circuit breaker at the pump motor is overloading, or a motor temp or flow sensor is causing the pump to trip.
It could be the pump itself, (bad bearings, it's binding, etc.).
There is so much variation in design depending on the brand of spa you need to talk to a tech with experience with that model. It could be known problem which could save you a lot of time.
