| MDX versus Pilot gas mileage

| So much chat about what octane to use. What about the difference between the Pilot (recommended regular gas) and the MDX (recommended premium gas). Are the two engines basically the same ? If not, what is the difference ? In my own test drive of the two vehicles, I failed to notice much if any difference in acceleration and performance (of the engines). |
