I know there are differing opinions as to whether you can fight blind spots by just adjusting the stock mirrors on the MDX.
But if blind spots are a concern for you on 'any' vehicle, here's an interesting solution that does away with auxillary mirrors.

From the add it looks like they are more convex than the stock mirrors. The drawback to this is the increased distortion of the distance of objects you see in the mirror.

That was my first impression, also.
Referring to the technical info, apparently half the mirror nearest the door is essentially the same ('flat'). The convex portion starts about half way out and all the way to the outside edge.
I ordered one for our CRV. I will report back my impressions as well as provide more pics. |
