Good MDX Leather PDA/Phone/iPod Car Mount ?

I have been looking for a good car mount for my Dell X50v and GPS receiver for 5 months. After some research, I did end up buying an Arkon vent mount but haven't really used it.
Now I've found a leather one customized for MDX and am wondering if anybody has ever used it. It looks good to me on their web site and the manufacture seems to be very pround of its German heritage. For a saddle mounting base and a PDA holder, the total $84.19 including S&H is a bit pricy to me.
They also have an EBay store and I enjoy reading the buyer feedback to them.
It looks like a very nice mount. I have a GARMIN IQUE 3600 mounted on the vent only because it has a GPS flip up and needs to be mounted high on the dash to get a signal.
