Been addicted since day 1.
Love the flashbacks. Story is compelling. I just hope it doesn't get too weird. |

I am a huge fan of the show - but admittedly it already IS wierd. I think the writers should go ahead and let the timer count down to "0" in an episode - since I believe the whole thing is a mind game. There are several plots going on at once - that's what makes this show so interesting to watch.
I think this is one of those "love it or hate it" shows - there is no in between. |

| I'm a fan but I'm kind of getting tired of the first half of the show being last weeks episode. |

| I'm a fan but I agree with the above posts that a couple of the plots going on need to move along a little quicker. |

I love it! I just need some answers!! Come on give me somthing!!! Are they in purgatory, resovling their issues before they move to heaven? What is the deal???
One thing I didn't like is for them to tease us with Korean guy talking english, but when it actually happens it was just a dream. That is lame! :awais:
I am a week behind right now (I have tivo), so I will watch last week and this week show tonight. |

Last weeks episode was a repeat.
I've been a huge fan since day 1. Lost is my favorite TV show... along with Grey's Anatomy and 24. I just hope they don't drag it on forever like X Files. I would rather have it be 4 seasons and have a definite conclusion than go on forever. |

Purgatory? Interesting thought there. . .
I'm just wondering who's going to die tonight.
My money is on the Michelle Rodriguez or the other new girl (forgot her name). |

I don't think they would kill her off. She's a pretty big name and she hasn't had any good story lines yet. Maybe the woman that had the baby? She's been pretty useless the whole show so far... |

Evangeline Lilly.
That's what got me hooked in the first place. Now I am into the story though. |

First her brother, then her.............I guess her flashback story line wasn't interesting enough. I do find it odd that they kill her the same episode they reveal a lot of her history in a flashback. Why bother with the flashback at all if she is leaving the show that episode?? |

Plus I'm assuming that her father was killed by Jack's wife |

My favorite show!
Boone gets over his issues with his step-sister (remember when Locke put the paste on his head and he imagined Shannon was dead) and then he dies. Shannon finally gets loved and then she dies. There may be something to the idea that as one resolves their "issue" they get to move on.
My theory is that 2 of the Others that took Walt are the DeGroots from the orientation film. The guy who did the talking and the woman driving the boat who threw the Molotov cocktail at the raft.
I could be wrong though - it wouldn't be the first time with this show. |

| Man this weeks Lost was awsome! I think it is looking more like purgatory each show like when the guy said 'they were not on the list' and 'they were not good'. I can't wait till the next show! |

Funny how a doctrine, that cannot even be cited in the Scriptures, can become so widely accepted. . . but I digress.
It does seem that this "island" is a metaphor for purgatory and the "others" appear to be some sort of decision makers.
But then, why take away Walt so quickly? Perhaps because he is a child with less sin. |

That is an interesting analogy - I hadn't thought of it in that light. There are a lot of story lines that are still unanswered:
Where did the guy from the hatch disappear to?
Why is no one resetting the computer in the hatch - or if they are, why not focus on it?
Did you notice the "quarrantine" on the inside of the door for the room the tail section survivors went into? That aligns with the hatch quarrantine.
The "monsters" & the "whispering" in the jungle
Will the wife of the beach survivor meet her husband from the tail section - I suspect that should happen next week.
This whole hatch community needs to be resolved.
And it goes on & on....................... |

| 1/11/06 episode - Is this the first time any of them have actually seen the black smoke monster? (I missed several episodes last season.) |

I believe Locke saw the black smoke also. |

| Anyone notice that if you do a frame by frame review of the black smoke scene w. Mr. Echo, you see images of Jesus, Virgin Mary, and the Crucifix?! |
