I just purchased a 2004 CPO MDX with Tour. We I got it home and started setting up all the features, I noticed that the driver's side seat does not adjust properly.
When I push and hold the forward/back control button the seat moves a few inches then stops. I have to push the button in, hold then release several times to get the seat where I want it. Passenger side seems to work fine. I also found that the memory feature will not change the forward/back position but every thing else seems to adjust correctly. I'm 5 feet and my husband is 6 feet so this feature is important to us!
Has anyone else had this problem? |

An 04 would still be under warranty. Take the vehicle to your dealer or if the seller had a warranty program back to them.

| I think I had the same issue. I THINK the find was coins in the tracks........bring it to your dealership and play stupid.........Tell them it doesn't work and you want it fixed...... |

Thanks for the replys...
I also thought something was on the track preventing the seat from moving but I couldn't see anything. But I did find two pens. Those and the CD that were left in the changer are just added bonus for buying pre-owned! :D
I'll have the dealer look at it this week when I take it in to get my running boards and side molding installed. I mostly just wanted to know if it was a common problem with a known solution. |

| I've got the same issue in my '04. I recall it working fine when I first got it (July '04), but I think its been working this way, for over a year. I never remember to get it looked at. |
