BellSouth is evaluating opportunities to offer videophone service and is looking for volunteers to be part of a trial to assess technical quality and ease of use of a videophone system provided by 8X8 Inc. The trial will beginning in mid-January and end no later than February 28, 2006
Participants selected for this trial will receive free videophone service during the trial period. Videophone equipment will also be made available to participants for the duration of the trial.
Trial participant must:
- Be a current BellSouth DSL Xtreme 3M customer
- Be 18 years of age or older and not residing in the same
residence as the BellSouth employee
- Be willing to complete two on-line surveys (during and at the
completion of the trial) and participate in focus groups to
assess their customer experience.
