Had to sell my 2001 MDX; the dealer was just too far away. Now have a Pilot.
Which leaves me with a Spikes Spider <www.spike-spider.com> winter traction set for the 17 inch wheels. This is a pretty awesome traction aid, esp. if you have ordinary driving tires and get stuck in really deep snow. You mount the adapter plates in the warmth of your garage and the spike spiders click on to the front wheels in less than a minute. I built a wooden storage box for the set; it opens into a false bottom for the back of the MDX and the set nests under it. The set is Like New.
The set goes for $400; I would sacrifice it for $125 plus freight the set & box probably go 40 pounds or so. Best if you travel I-81 through Winchester, VA you could just pick it up.
