I searched the knowledge base but did not find anything related
to this....
Every once in a while, my '03 MDX's audio steering wheel controls,
each buttons pressed increasing the volume. Turn the car off,
and back on and all is good. I have not come up with a pattern
as to when it decides to do this. Any one else out there had this occur? Will mention to the delaer at my next service but was
curious as to others..Thanks! |

| This happened to me once before but I didn't think much of it and it hasn't happen since. I thought it may have been due to the blitzsafe or DVD player. |

| This happened to me this weekend - I think it started while I was adjusting the volume while the wheel was in an inverted position during a wide turn (i.e., pushing down to increase volume while the wheel was at 180 degrees). During trip I was thinking I would need to visit the dealer, but problem resolved itself after restarting the X. |

Here's one of the threads, there are more:

Happened to me too, see the last post on the thread. Finally had it fixed last year, they had to dimple the grounding ring again and again to get it right. Ahh, the luxury of Acura!!! |
