The sights you see when you haven't a camera . . .
Was at our L.A. facility last two days, and saw something I got really excited about. Our facility is near the Torrance, Ca. Toyota plant, I'm driving by and what pulls out of their plant right in front of me was an FJ Cruiser! I was driving, didn't have my camera with me, and there it was, actually on the street. They had the wheels all "blacked out" for some reason, but it was the exact model, even the color, as the one shown on the Toyota web site under "concept models" Man, that thing was awesome to look at, and IMO, will outsell any model Hummer (about comparable in size to an H2, but much smoother edges) when it goes on sale thjis Spring. Wish I was a kid again, I'd get one for sure. |

Didn't know you were down in my neck of the woods . . .
Torrance is also the location for American Honda (Acura), as well as Toyota (Lexus) North American HQs. I bet if you cruise the employee parking lots and you might spot a RDX, '07 Camry or '07 LS460 . . .
