Pretty f'ing cool! Basically a big go cart for grown-ups (that's a good thing).
Note the 650 bhp is per ton - the car has 300hp, but only weighs about 500 kgs (not sure how they worked out the math on that one).
Wonder how many cupholders it has... |

But you can't realistically drive that around anywhere but a track, and maybe around town on a nice sunny day. I am guessing if you hit anything at top speed you will get owned. If you get hit you will get owned. If it starts to rain...Have you ever stuck your hand out the window in the rain on the highway? Now multiply that by 3, meh, cold and very painful.
Yes it would be an awsome "toy" to have, but there are many other vehicles for that price I would prefer.
As far as it being a go-kart of adults, they already have those, shifter carts. 0-60 in the 3s, top speed of 130, and they are go kart size, you are an inch or two of the ground. That would be more fun IMHO.
