I have a 2004 MDX and I previously owned a 2001 MDX. I had a intermittent noise from the front end that sounded like "cracking" that I would hear only at slow speeds. It was fixed on the 2001 through Service Bulletin 01-023, dated July 9, 2001.
When I brought my 2004 into Acura with the exact same noise and told them about the fix that was done on the 2001, they said that the Service Bulletin is no longer valid for the 2004.
Does anyone know if this is correct?
