| I would agree with other owners' observations here, about the bump-ons for the FormFit deflector. Once installed, the deflector is quite stiff on the hood. There seems to be, IMO, no risk that the deflector would ever come into contact with the hood finish, from force of wind. The bump-ons are not necessary. |

| I think those bump-on are more intended for...if someone was to physically push down on the deflector when they were closing the hood or for whatever reason. The deflector would stop due to those bumps and not flex pass the point of cracking. |
