We test drove it Fri. night and really like it! It's bascially like new. It has a clean Carfax and I couldn't find any signs that it's been damaged. All the #s match on the body parts and the paint is perfect except for a few road debris nicks on the front bumper cover.
It has Michelin tires, but I couldn't find the date on them. The wear looks like they maybe original.
What mileage can be expected out of the O.E. tires?
How rare is black on black? Seems all the black ones have tan interiors.
What should I expect to pay for an Acura Extended Warranty and who has the best price?
Any TSBs out for the '04s?
Thanks,
Dan |

Congrats and welcome to the family!!!!:7:
1. I would expect somewhere between 40K - 50K on the OEM tires. A lot depends on the driving habits and how well maintained the tire pressure, rotation, alignment, and balancing was performed.
2. The majority I see are black on black.
3. Here's a thread on the Acura Extended Warranty; Tim is a sponsor of the site and I bought mine from him. He has great prices. http://acuramdx.org/forums/showthre...tended+Warranty
4. I have an 02, so hopefully a fellow member can help you out on the 04 TSB's. |

Allright. Thanks for the input, guys.
I talked to our local Acura dealer and Tim about an extended warranty.
Either way, it's looks like I can get coverage until April 2011 for around $1750. Cheap insurance. |
