| Rizza Acura in Orland Park, Illinois cannot seem to solve my problem. Each time my '03 MDX is out in the rain, water gets into the door and days later, when you roll down the window, a terrible stale water odor almost knocks you out. Has anyone heard about a similar problem? Acura took the door panel off, cleaned it out and supposedly replaced a seal and it is still a problem (three attempts). |

'04 MDX
for 2 yrs. we have had a moldy smell inside car after it rains.
now, after it rains or car wash, if we put the windows down, then put them up there's water on the inside of the front windows & a terrible mold smell!
Dealer SAID there is a problem with the 04's window seal.
They claimed to deodorize the door panel but would not replace the window seals!
anyone else having this problem?? |

| I had a 2002 MDX with the same problem. I never tried to fix it. Solved the problem by trading it in. |

The problem that I have with my 04 is that the drivers window gets dirty on the inside when I roll the window down.

| Had a similar problem with my 2004 MDX after a rain storm. Two dealers in Austin couldn't find the reason the car flooded (both passenger and driver side floorboards were saturated). Was without the car for nearly 6 weeks. I eventually had to make an insurance claim. No satisfaction from Acura at all!!! Good luck. |
