Looking forward to watching it this weekend and seeing what all the hype is about.

Really looking forward to seeing Audrey Tautou. . .

I'm boycotting that movie because it makes fun of the Mona Lisa, God, and all that is holy. Don't see this movie or you'll turn into a godless, blaspheming, homosexual, arab-loving, he-man woman hater.

What is the world coming to on the silver screen. First we got freakin homo cowboys, now this garbage. What is the world coming to? Everyone knows that cowboys aren't gay. Cowboy movies should be straight, like they used to be:

We need more Mel Gibson movies about religion. Everybody knows the Jews are evil and tortured Jesus in his final days. Just ask Osama, he'll confirm it for you.

I'm actually not sure I want to bother with the movie. I enjoyed reading the book so much that I'm certain the movie can't do it justice.

Then again, there's Audrey Tautou...

It probably doesn't mean much (if anything), but the film was not received well by critics at Cannes...

I still think it will do very well at the box office.

After all the calamaties that befell humankind throughout history, I find it humorous that folks can get so shook up over a movie.

Isn't it just a small test of faith?

If only they were so outspoken about the inhumanity that goes on around the world on a daily basis.

The church people here were trying to do damage control this morning. They reminded all of us it's a fiction movie. They had to repeat the word "fiction" a couple of times in case some people think it's real.

Just watched the movie. Have no idea what all the hooplah is all about. It is just fiction folks! I don't think it makes fun of anybody. And, if something, I thought it was somewhat spiritual, encouraging people to believe in God. As long as viewers realize that this is pure fiction, it is an interesting movie. And the ones that take it more than just a fiction story, I am sorry for them!

I am not going to watch it, because I do not believe in god.

Apparently a lot of British readers believe everything they read:

Which is sad, isn't it? I think the religious organizations should find more innovate methods of communicating with its members to deliver their message in this day and age. But that is a whole different discussion! :)
