Does anyone have experience with the 15K service performed by Precision Acura and/or Open Road Acure in NJ? How much did they ask?
Is it worth to buy other services which are not required per the manual?
Thanks for your input. |

| Precision does mine. Just don't call up and ask for the 15K Service. Any dealer will get you then. I don't have my manual in front of me but if my memory serves me correctly all you need is VTM fluid change, Oil Change, and rotate. All the other stuff is garbage. Just ask for a quote on what you need. Don't even breathe the words 15K Service. Their prices are competitive with the local shops on these services. And if you have any warranty work to be done they will give you a loaner. If not, they're pretty fast as long as you have an appointment. Talk to Steve Scheckler, he's a pretty straight guy. Then you can go surf the internet and drink starbucks in the waiting room. |

Thanks andreseng. Did you have the subwoofer rattle problem? Did they fix it for you under the warranty?
Thanks. |

I also bought from Precision and have only had my car back to them once for warranty work and was very pleased with their service. Precision is about 50 miles north of my house so I get scheduled maintenance from a local Honda dealer - Burns in Marlton.
A friend of mine has a 2001 TL and gets all work done at Sussman in Maple Shade and he's been very happy with their service department. |

| I have also heard that Acura changed the VTM to 30,000 miles instead of 15,000. |
