finally got around to putting on my vent visors.... they are half on....... got on the passenger side ones PERFECTLY! then went to put on the driver's side... first the front driver's door doesn't fit properly... it's cut wrong or something????? THEN noticed the rear driver's side one is cracked
so now i have a lopsided car! oh joy! |

Cracked is a bummer, but I'm sure they'll replace it free.
When I put mine in, I found the driver's side door to be the hardest. I stopped and re-read the instructions a few times and then found it worked. Not that I'm suggesting you did it wrong, but its worth checking.
They are great once they're on. Oh, and it takes a few days or even a couple of weeks before they seem to completely seat themselves. At first I really noticed them as I closed the windows for those last few millimeters. |

unfortunately..... the return policy is no defective items returned....
quote: If merchandise is defective, deformed, or shows signs of installation, the return will be disallowed.
it says to inspect WITH the shipper present... well... i didn't.... didn't open the box.... didn't open the ventvisors..... opened the box later... looked fine... until we opened them to put them on this past weekend.... we put on the one side... then when doing the PAX side... noticed the rear one was cracked! so we were already screwed! i'm just gonna have to buy another set... with REALLY sux!
i love the ones that are on the passenger side! they look really nice! (we got the 3m tape ones... not the ones that go in the channel! fit the curve of the door PERFECTLY! no matter how you try to put the driver's side one on.... it's too high or too low (really looks like it was cut wrong!) |
