Hey guys just gotta quick question. Would anyone happen to know or have a manual on how to readjust the spring in the fold-down seat lever. While trying to fix my seat I accidentily popped the spring outta place and now it is inside the lever. Does anyone know how I can open up the lever and readjust the spring back. Id like to do this without having to open up the back seat cover and all, and without touching the folding recline cables, as I just got this repaired.

unfortunatly nothing is very simple to fix when it comes to seats, especially teh folding ones in the MDX,
you cant take apart too much stuff, the back of the seat is simply held on by clips so just be careful when you PRY it apart, as the back is just cheap fibreboard wrapped in carpet.
the seats even come out of the truck real easy too, just 4 14mm bolts and pull it out |
