How can I do a phrase search ?

looks like it defaults to AND but I want to search on a "phrase", not just all the words in the phrase. For example, if search for "Transmission Filter" it will return results that has the words "transmission" and "filter" in the post.
Typically its ".." (double quotes) but didn't work.
