One of the Honda/Acura engineers must be a sadist. Who else would mount a bracket for a grounding strap directly in line with the oil filler cap and block easy access to it. I mean come on it's only a grounding strap - it could have been located almost anywhere else. (and when I get some time I will relocate it.)
