Just picked up my 03 black MDX from a dealer about an hour away. Among other things, I got them to replace the battery, which meant restarting the audio system with the code. Good news - they were able to track down the code. Bad news - although the system accepted the code and restarted, there's no sound. This is the 6-CD changer with the RES. Radio displays and all the controls work, but there's no sound. We had to leave to make another appointment so couldn't wait for them to diagnose.
I'm able to take it back next week to have them fix, but it's a big time commitment and if there's something simple I can try in the meantime it might save the trip.
I checked all the fuses and can't find a bad one. Suggestions? |
