I have the factory roofrack (runs width-ways of the vehicle) on a 2006 touring model. the factory rack is a little wide, but i had hoped that thule or yackima would have a clamp system that could be attached to the existing rack. turns out, they don't... all they really offer is the typical door mounted rack with new bars.
The factory rack and bungee cords would likely work, but I was hoping for something a little more solid. Anyone have any rigs they have found or developed?

Actually, Yakima does have a universal clamp (Universal Mighty Mounts) that attaches to the factory rack and allows you to use variety of Yakima accessories. :4:
