| Hey everybody. I was going to lease an 06 mdx touring with nav. My buddy just paid 580 per month inclusive of taxes at 8 percent. My taxes are 6 percent and I went to the lease calculator and my lease with giving the dealer $500 came out to roughly 560. Any feedback on what anybody else is leasing the car for. My knowledge tells me that money factor is .00122 and residual is 51 percent. I would love impact to see what everybody else is paying. Thanks in advance. |

What is the MSRP?
You will also need to know the cap cost (selling price) and also remember the rebates.
Finally the residual value.
Then put those figures into the lease calculator.

| unless they were extended in your area, the lease rate of .00122 expired on the first and was replaced with a lease factor of .00225 and a $2500 incentive that can be used as well as the special rate. Standard lease rates for everything else is .00275. So if you are using your friends lease as comparison, you ned to figure you will get a lower cap cost than he/she did because of the new incentives....when your friend did their lease, they did NOT get to play with the $1000 incentive that was on the MDX's before July....so you really should have quite a difference in selling price. |
