Hi Folks,
I'm new to the forum and hope you might be able to help. My wife and I bought a used 2002 MDX about a year ago and it's been great. With the heat in Seattle in the mid-90's we're using the A/C more than usual and noticed the other day that the Rear A/C Panel will not come on.
I checked the 30A fuse under the hood - no problem. Checked to make sure it wasn't in "Full Auto" mode since the rear panel only works in manual mode. Naturally, I pushed the RR A/C button on the panel up front. The rear switches will light up, but the motor will not come on regardless of the fan speed position.
The rear panel had been working in the past and it pumped out cool and warm air depending on the settings.
Any ideas?

| I'd make book that it's the rear A/C transistor. Common issue, and about a $70 part. |
