When turning the wheels left or right at a slow rate of speed, there is a noise coming from the front end that sounds like low level banging. It happens in forward and reverse. I don't hear it accelerating or at higher speeds.
I first noticed it in a quiet parking structure, but now I hear it all the time. |

No, that is not the thud, that is low level banging.
The thud occurs when you cause the front springs to extend. For example going over dips in the road, usually at speeds greater than 20 mph. Turning has nothing to do with it. |
