Hey Everyone,
My '04 MDX Base model's TPM light kept coming on, and it has nothing to do with the tire or the tire pressure. Does anyone know what the problems is or has this happen to any of you before? Thanks in advance! |

How do you know that it has nothing to do with tire pressure or tires?

| assuming that tire pressures are ok, and ave been ok, then you may have an electrical problem. probably either one of the 4 sensors ( could have been nicked when the tires were changed ) or the TPMS control unit. |

Because I took the car to the tire shop, and they checked everything, and everything was fine. |

The tires are still the stock tires coming from the car. |

| I had the same problem. They had to replace the TPM computer. It was covered under warranty but it makes me think what else? |

| I had the TPMS control module replaced in my 2005 many months ago now and the light has not malfunctioned since. Prior to that, mine was false tripping every couple weeks or so. |
