I hate to do this because I love these wheels, but my wife has had some unexpected medical expenses arise and that's far more important right now.
I am selling a brand new set of 20" Foose DF-5 wheels. One of the wheels in the original set of Foose DF-5's that I got made a squeaking sound, I talked to the manufacturer and out of the thousands of these that they've sold mine was the only complaint of that issue so they sent me a replacement set. Knowing I might need to part with them, I never bothered having the new ones installed, thus I have 4 brand new Foose DF-5 wheels still in the box for sale along with a set of Continental Cross Contact tires 255/50/20 with only about 2,000 miles on them. Also included are the lugs and two sets of lock nuts (can't be too careful these days).
Wheel size is 20" x 8.5" with a 5 x 114.3 bolt pattern. Finish is black with stainless lip.
I would prefer to sell to someone willing to pick them up because I think shipping all four of these wheels plus four separate tires will be expensive and a major hassle, but if no one wants them locally I will look into the cost of shipping them out. I am in Orlando Florida.
The price for the four new Foose DF-5 20" wheels, four Continental Cross Contact tires, lugs and two lock nut sets is $2950.00. Anyone who has looked into Foose wheels knows that you'd be hard pressed to find a Foose setup at this price anywhere else.
edit: added wheel size and bolt pattern
edit: 6/3/07, changed title - added "REDUCED". |

Morph,
Sorry to hear about your wife's medical expenses and having to sell your Foose wheels & tires. It was your set up and how-to guide that inspired me to paint the brake calipers on my MDX. Best wishes to your wife for good health. Good luck with your wheesl and tires sale. They are the nicest dubs I've ever seen on an MDX.:29: |

| Sorry to hear about that. Those are mighty fine wheels. Thanks for all your how-to guides - the oilchange guide inspired me to do my own and got me into the DIY thing. |

Thanks for your support, my wife actually regrets having to part with these wheels also. They are beautiful and we'll miss all the compliments but it wasn't meant to last I guess.
Brakes look great Excalibur :29: nice job. PM me if you found that there was anything that needs to be added to the How-To. And don't worry, I'll still be around the boards so there may be more How-To's and chunks of my infinite wisdom in the future. :4:
I forgot to mention in the first post, but the wheels also come with black plastic spoke covers if you wanted to switch the chrome ones at anytime to give the wheels a different look. |

I really need to sell these... $2,850 anyone?
edit: Factoring in shipping charges, the hardware and sales tax, this is over $400 less than what I paid and you'd be getting brand new, unopened rims. |

I emailed you about these, but didnt get any reply.
I might be interested and I'm in Florida, but definatly not for $2800. They can be picked up brand new for about $2600-2700.
Let me know if you drop the price... |

| Do these wheels have TPMS, Morph? |
|
|
| Morph |
They do not come with it, but a tire shop can install your existing TPMS onto these wheels.
That's what they did when I had the first set put on my car. I think they charged a few dollars more but its worth it.
Or if you don't want to swap the TPMS from the factory wheels you can purchase a new set from an Acura parts dealer (its more expensive this way though, about $40 ea.). |

| How do they ride....I see you have them as new, however they were posted on a car in the pictures? Are any further adjustments (spacers, etc) needed to make these work? |
|
|
| Morph |
No further adjustments, rings or spacers were necessary, the wheels fit the MDX perfectly.
The ride on the 255/50/20 Continental tires was excellent. Everyone wants superthin tires but in my opinion thats ridiculous on an SUV and comprises function too much. With these tires of course you feel a little more road vibration compared to stock but they hold the road so much better. For the limited time I did drive on them, I never felt concerned about the occasional bumps or potholes in the road. My MDX is a daily driver so driveability was a significant factor in the set-up I chose and I feel these wheels and tires paired well. |

| Bump for you if you haven't sold these. If I had that kind of money and an MDX that looked as nice as yours I would be all over it. Good luck! |
