Several problems that may or may not be related:
1) Passenger window switch on driver's door intermittent, often within the same moment (i.e. starts to go down, stops, release button, hit button again, goes down all the way). No consistent pattern (yet).
2) Rear camera intermittent...mostly does not work at all, sometimes works for a moment (or several) then cuts out, sometimes (rarely) works perfectly.
3) Driver's seat fore and aft movement will only work in "steps" and will not work from memory. When memory moves the seat, only the tilt and recline adjust, you have to manually move the seat back or forward, and then it only moves in even steps (or increments).
None of these issues were present when we bought the MDX last year.
Any ideas? Thanks!

Take this to the dealer. The second and third problems are well known and there are service bulletins addressing them.
The window thing is probably a bad switch. |

Thanks, but I am (way) out of warranty and don't want to spend a fortune on it. I want to see if I can take care of it on my own...can someone post these TSBs? I found listings of them, but no full-text ones.
Thanks!

well for the back up camera, you will need a new camera for sure, i have replaced 3 of them.
and for the seat issue, it almost sounds like a seat base |

Oh, yay...I figured it was just a bad connection...how much to those things run?
Thanks! |

| The camera is sooooo not cheap. Around $700 if I remember right. I guess you'll just be using your mirrors more. The seat problem is the seat slide position switch/sensor. Under the front of the seat, there's a cable housing that crosses between the rails. On the right is the motor. Between the motor and the cable is the sensor. It's a cheap part, but an absolute pain in the ass to replace since you have to dissassemble the seat frame to replace it. |
