Hello all members of AcuraMDX.org,

Vision Bulbs has recently undergone some major restructuring, and part of this process involved us going back over some of our online transactions.

We discovered that there were several issues on this forum that had gone unresolved, and we would like to start be expressing our sincere apologies for this.

We hope that you will allow us the opportunity to sort out any and all issues that members of this forum may have experienced with us in the past.

Well,

On Monday I sent another email about the status of my exchange.

I have a bad ballast (stopped working). On 8-22-06 was two months since I sent it in to the Canada location for an exchange.

I have called two times, and emailed 3 times so far to find out the status of my return/exchange.

The tranaction ID is 15K53722VS112763N

If you could be so kind and let me know what is going on with this thing.

yes, my brother-in-law Paul bought them for me originally as a birthday gift. They were shipped to his address.

Visionbulbs, I am having a problem with my bulbs. I bought the 9006 6000k kit and one of the bulbs is more yellow than the other. They were installed at the same time and have burned in at the same time, so I don't think this is a color-shift issue. Maybe one bulb is 4300k and the other is 6000k? I'd like to get this resolved. Thank you.
