I have a navigation system that just start rebooting all of the time. Does anyone know where I can get a refurbished system (the DVD player under the pass.seat) for a 2002? Or if I can send it off to get refurbished? The dealer says I have to buy a new system for $2000!

I have fixed these DVD drives before.
Take apart down to the mechanism and use canned air to blow the dust off the laser lens.
While you are in there, you can adjust tracking and lens distance to the DVD surface easily, giving you more life to the drive.
