I bought a 2001 MDX with 70K. I am thinking to change the SPARK PLUGS myself and leave the break pad to the mechanic.

Can some one tell me how to change the SPARK PLUGS? Things that I need to worry about.

I am thinking about the NGK or Denso Iridium. Which one is better. Is ebay seller reliable?

Any recommentation on the break Pad...which brand is better.

Thanks as alwasys!

sprak plug change is DIY.... I went ahead and went with the NGK Iridiums. Front bank is straight forward - remove coil packs (allen bolt, I think 6mm). Pull coil packs and then plugs. Back bank is the same except you have to remove a throttle bracket (I think 2 10mm bolts). Make sure you have an assortment of 3/8" extensions and a spark plug socket. Oh yeah, a dab of dieletric grease on the threads of the plugs.

brakes are pretty simple as well... i would just stick with OEM pads (from Tim of course)
