For any of you interested in K&N products, AJUSA is running a deal right now:
AJUSA
Their K&N oil filters are selling for 8.50 apiece, and if you spend $25, ground shipping is free. I bought 3 oil filters for 25.50. They retail at most local stores for about $12 apiece, so it's like a buy 2 get 1 free deal.
Check 'em out if you like.

| I'm not sure what they're doing to be so bad considering how much they cost, but K&N oil filters leak more than any other aftermarket filter I've seen. |

Leaky filter? Haven't heard that one yet. I'd say the price correlates to all the statistical evidence that points to K&N as one of the best 2 or 3 oil filters you can install.
But to each his own. This isn't another worthless argument about the best filters, just a free service to other members who might be interested in a great deal on K&N products. |

The hex head on the back of the filter makes it easy to remove with a wrench. But then again, if you put the filter on right in the first place you wouldn't need it.
I've seen more oil filters than I can even imagine counting, and just about every K&N I've seen has been a leaker. They need a better seal design. |
