I've been searching around and could only find old posts from 2004 on which Blitz Safe to use for a XM install. It's now late 2006 and I was hoping someone might have new info for me.
I have a 2004 MDX w/nav and res. I would like to wire my Skyfi2 instead of using the cassette adapter I've been using. From my understanding I would use a BlitzSafe adapter run from the lineout of the xm into the cd changer input on the back of the radio? Does blitzsafe make something so I do not lose the use of the cd changer? I'm hoping someone has already done what I'm looking to do and could help out.
Thank you, Wally |

| I just went to a site that was advertised on acuramdx.org, http://www.myradiostore.us/auxadapters/ and found this part. It was the XM6 which sounds like it does everything I need and it powers the skyfi as well. My luck is that it is not compatible with the 01-04. Has anyone tried the XM6? |

The best place to buy and install an XM radio that I have found is Best Buy. The local store told me they would sell me the unit and install for $150. No loss of CD. I intend to have it done.
