Well, I just got a new '06 MDX with Nav. last night. I had a couple months left on my '04 TL lease and originally was interested in the RDX.
Once I found this site I became intrigued by the prices on an MDX and my wife liked the bigger MDX vs. the RDX.
So I walked into a local dealer and got a price. After talking to a couple of other dealers, the original dealership gave me $2,300 equity in the TL net of the last two payments and the MDX with touring and navigation for $36,500. After the TL equity I paid $34,200 plus TTL and $400 for the protection package.
I feel like a got a good deal on both the MDX price and my TL. The TL only had 15,000 miles on it and was in good but not great condition. The dealer wasn't willing to give up any of his holdback, but I was still happy with the price.
Now it's time to start reading up on the MDX!
