Hi all,
Not knowing anything about satellite radio and its set up, one thing I do know is that I would prefer Sirius. Are there reasons that it cannot be considered in an '06 with Nav and RES. Would it require completely replacing the existing a/v setup? Any advice is helpful.
Thanks!! |

| Can't be done to integrate with the stock stereo. You'd have to get an aftermarket Sirius radio unit. The only thing that could possibly be done is to somehow use the existing XM antenna that's built into the vehicle and use that for the Sirius. |

1) Buy one of
these.
2) and one of
these.
3) and if you want to be real fancy, one of these.
Then you can run the antenna in through the rear hatch (at the bottom is a nice groove where the wire will tuck away). Then use the RCA wire to plug in to the armrest input in the third row. Run that wire with the antenna wire under your mats to the center console. Pull the side off the center console and tuck all the excess in there. Use the 12V outlet in the center console or on the dash for power. Optionally mount everything to the Panavise. Hit Aux. Turn the unit on. Ta da...You're done. And it's totally portable to your next vehicle. |
