hi! everyone
first time post here. i went to valley stream acura in long island for my 30k service. i have a 2003 mdx. i ask the service writer about the transfer case fluid. she repeatly told me the they will change it. after the service done, i look at the bill, i cannot find the transfer case fluid change. she told me it is the same as the transmition fluid. i told her it has been change since 03 mdx. she ask her co-worker, but he also said is the same. i left the dealer and call acura corp office to complain. i went to rallye acura to have it change. i cannot believe they don't know about that. Please do not go to valley stream acura for any service. Although, they charge a cheaper price for 30k (499 to 750 in rallye acura). BUT they don't know what they are doing. |
