I have a 2002 MDX Touring. Needed new speakers so I thought I would add an AMP as well. Also had the iCruz IPOD connection installed.
Never done this before. So the installers at MobileOne added an Alpine amp with new Boston Speakers.
Sounds great when its turned up real loud and playing from my IPOD connection. Radio, not so good.
I hear some engine noise. The whine when the engine accelerates. This is faint. The big problem is when I have the volume lower and I get what they call white noise. Its a static like sound.
They apparently turned the AMP down. Also tried a filter.
Has anyone heard of this? |

That problem typically is generated by a lack of shielding. They may have run some wires in the engine compartment.
