An excellent review!
I have a 2004 Audi 8L with the MMI. It is so bad, that when my lease runs out in November, 2007, I am probably going to switch to the Infiniti M35X! The Infiniti does not have a knob - but good old fashion buttons!
In fact when I took a test drive, within 5 minutes, I could operate everything - it was logical.
Real pity Acura took a tried and prover design and really f**ked it up!
Note to Acura: Lexus has not followed the German's over the abyss!
I like the last sentence, which I repeat here - I think it truly sums up the 2007 MDX:
The MDX's success will also depend on whether the increased price strikes all you shoppers as lower than the competition — or higher than it used to be.
For anyone interested, my '03 MDX lease runs out end of October and I have already signed a new lease to start on November 1 for a 2006 MDX!
