Just wanted to tell all that the 2006 deals still abound. I bought a Touring w/NAV yesterday for $35516 OTD (Including the $615 shipping). That's from an MSRP of $43,315. Do I feel lucky!

Does your OTD include sales tax? I don't see how it could. To me OTD is everything , incl tax. Even if it doesn't, that is one very good deal!
Howardih
I should clarify. My deal did not include tax. Add 2.75% for registering it in DE (I bought it in NJ).

For a great deal, call Vinnie at Elite Acura in Maple Shade, NJ.

I tried to get that price but 5 dealers in Mass and RI would not go that low, I settled on 36,000 but all in all i am happy with the price

You got a fantastic deal!

I guess I just lucked out. The dealership had just changed hands and they wanted to get stuff off the lot. I couldn't even get them to want my 2002 Audi A4 with only 31,500 miles!

Anyone interested in a terrific Audi?

Howardih,

Where are you located? I'm in the market for a sporty smaller car, like an A4, for my son.

Is it automatic or stick? He wants a stick.

I am In Wilmington, DE. It is an automatic but it has the sports suspension and the Manual-automatic shifting capability. It also has a sports setting on the transmission that causes shifting to take place at much higher RPMs. It has been garaged the vast majority of its life -- a 2002 with 31,500 miles. I have been driving it almost exclusively on expressways. I love the car but needed the room to carry stuff. And that's what got me to the MDX. I already own a 2004 TL and my kids have my 97 CLs.

Far be it from me to imply you are being less than truthful. Out the door implys that is the price you payed including all taxes, fees, etc. Do you live on mars? You better check your new rig for hidden damage because the only way you got that deal is if yours is the one that fell off the truck.

I got a quote from a dealer in my area saying that they will sell me the 06 MDX with touring, navi, and RES for $38,000 TT&L(tax 8% in TX, title, and license) included. So $38,000 drive out. What do you guys think?

Do it! $38K less 8% alone is $34,960 which, I believe, is the net cost to the dealer BEFORE the $615 freight charge. And, even better than what I got, he's throwing in the RES (I only got the NAV). And, he's even basically giving you the titling and licensing charges for free.

To get your car at that price even beats my offer.

And to others on this post who think I might be from Mars, I actually drove my new MDX to Mars kust last weekend. And the XM radio and NAV worked perfectly even in outer space!

When you say OTD, are you including tax & license? Just making sure.

Same question to you DieselDan.

I am looking at "upgrading" my 02 to an 06 and wanted to see where the market is at. I've been reading through previous threads and can't get a feel for what different people are referring to when they write OTD.

EDIT: After re-reading the last post, I realize you guys are probably talking about pre tax/lic. dreamz, that is a great deal.
