I do not know the price, but you have to purchase it fom Acura, on-line. I think it's about $300. When I got the update on my 04, (got it from a friend who traded in his 04), the additional adressess was night and day. I would expect your 01 would show much more of a significant improvement. In fact, when I bought my 06, it comes with 2 discs. |

| Should be as simple as replacing the old DVD with the new DVD. |

| NOT THAT I WOULD, but is it possible to make a copy of the dvd for backup purposes, and will it work???:D |

Thats very possible. One has most of North America, including Canada and the other is for the Southern USA. Perhaps yours has no Canada, but expect it would. |
