thread like hairs on passenger seat cushion

Does anyone else out there have this unusual situation. Through the perforations in the leather there are tiny black hair-like threads poking through the seat cushion. It is almost like some sort of material from the foam cushion under the leather. It is somewhat noticable and annoying.

Do a search. There were "threads" on this about 5 or 6 months ago.
