Hey all,
I was just wondering if the following price I got is good or not:
2006 Acura MDX Touring
$33110 Base Price
$254 CA License & Fees
$2836 8.50% Tax
$36200 Out the Door including wheel locks.
Is it a good deal? |

It's a good deal. Net dealer cost including the $3000 rebate and holdback is $32,424, so the dealer is only making $685 total profit. |

I live in the Bay Area and is looking for a new 2006 MDX. Can you provide the dealership and sales contact info? Thanks much! |

Good deal - particularly when you consider a base 2007 starts at 39,995 +670 (destination) =40,660. Seeing how it won't be discounted for a while you have some good pocket change to have fun with and a great vehicle.
Did you consider the 2007 or was the premium too much to overcome?
Honestly if I am going 40k for a vehicle it will be for a BMW 525xi or the M35AWD. |

PM sent........
I initially was trying to get a 2006 Honda Pilot on a closeout deal but was a little late insearching for one. So the wife didn't want to wait another 6-10 months to get a deal here were our options........
1) Pay close to 33-35k for a 2007 Honda Pilot EX-L
2) Lood for a great deal on a 2006 Acura MDX.
Based on the price differential 1k-3k, we decided to go for the 2006 MDX.
The 2007 wasn't even considered since the pricing difference was too large between a 2006. In the meantime, we'll be trying to pay this car off as fast as possible so we can start saving some cash again......:D |
