| Whats the proper way to perform a coolant flush, and is honda coolant same as acura coolant? Since the honda dealer is down the block from my house. thanks in advance |

If you still have the owner manual for the X ... every steps are in
there ......and yes you could use Honda coolant...;) |

All Acura stuff are made by Honda. Honda Oil = Acura Oil, Honda VTM-4 = Acura VTM-4, Honda Coolant = Acura Coolant, etc........
The part number should be exactly the same. |

| I did read my owners manual, but i cant locate the bleeder vale ( 03 mdx) I was hoping someone would have a pic of the bleeder valve. thanks in advance. I also wasnt sure if i should just drain and fill or do a flush with water. |

What year is your X ??? I do not bother about the bleeder valve ....
just drain the old coolant from the bottom of the radiator and refill the radiator with Honda new coolant ...should be around 1 gal. |

| has anyone used any other coolant other than honda or Acura. I have a 01 mdx and have to change it out but the dealership is a good ways from my house. |
