Tomorrow I am going to pick-up and a brand new 06 mdx touring with Navi aspen pearl white.
I negotiated the whole deal over the phone, but the dealer is unwilling to give finance rates.
Any clues on what I should suspect?
Thanks in advance! |

I'm trying to find out about 2006 MDX financing as well. I think you should get at list 4.9%. Let us know how your deal works out. |

I have great credit and the best I could do was 6.79%
I paid 36500 for the car and after TTL it was 38 and change.
2006 aspen pearl white mdx with touring and navi wheel locks and wide BSM.

| The rates are regional, and sometimes Acura does promo financing. I was at the dealer today checking out the 07 MDX, and the guy said there's a promo coming up this Wednesday for 2.9 and 4.9% APR (for 24 and 60 month respectively) on new Acuras in stock, but that deal could be local. Otherwise, it's 6.9% thru Honda right now for 60 months. |

| I think it worth a wait. Honda needs to offer better deals to sell remaining inventory. 2006 MDXs moving slowly of the lot. My local dealer has about 20 left. With low finance rate, $3K incentive, 2007 models already arriving, and end of the month approaching, things can become more interesting. |

yenchy, It's hard to believe that you are picking up a vehicle tomorrow and such an important part of the transaction has not been finalized.
If they won't tell you they are not proud of what they are about to stick you with so be prepared for a shock.
Try and get a bank or a credit union to give you a quote as a back up if you are not happy with the dealers offer. |
